Construction

The tridimensional CAD models are transmitted to the C.A.M. working position for the elaboration of milling paths.

The planning is carried out by our staff inside the machine thus guaranteeing speed in the choice of the technological strategies together with the most intense efficiency of the tools.

Before sending the programs to the tool machine, they are tested with a special simulation software to preserve the mould under process and the operating machine.

In this way we prevent tool collisions, anomalous removals, mistakes in the layout of the CAM parameters.
Then we start the machining of the core  through three-axis C.N. milling machines.

The work ranges cover runs from 810 x 510 x 560 mm to 3000 x 100 x 1000 mm .

We handle the vertical or the horizontal axis, a foundamental choice during roughing in order to avoid breakings of the tools due to a bad evacuation of the chip.

The subsequent semi-finishing and finishing process are carried out by means of integral carbide tools of the latest generation, which join optimal wear and heat resistance and practically no shank deflections, thus guaranteeing good shape precision in tridimensional milling.

By means of three universal grinders we can create and completely grind special shaped tools particularly useful in operations such as rib cutting, deep recoveries of remaining material, incisions.

The last stage consists of polishing, assembling, fitting of the closure couplings and of the mobile parts.
A complete range of traditional machine tools allows us the making of extraction plates, mould assembling devices connections, the increase of the play-gap of the mobile parts after the sliding tests, or of the supports after testing the core mould assembly.
